Flexible and Open Workplace

The office interior was designed around a functional layout approved and appreciated by the client, organizing approximately 1,400 sqm into multiple open-plan working areas. Workstations are positioned to create a secondary perimeter circulation path along the façade, allowing natural light to reach the majority of workspaces while offering views of the surrounding greenery. Informal work areas and soft seating are located along this path, supporting collaboration, flexibility, and moments of relaxation. Meeting and relaxation rooms are centrally positioned to ensure easy access from the open spaces.

The reception and waiting area is generous and welcoming, conceived as a space capable of hosting gatherings and internal events. The reception desk communicates the company’s values through its form and material expression, while the wall behind it functions as a display for key reference projects.

Common areas are designed with a residential, living-room quality, deliberately distancing the interior from a conventional corporate aesthetic and fostering a relaxed and informal atmosphere.

Branding elements are integrated subtly throughout the space through abstract, colorful wallpaper accents that distinguish each meeting room with maps of the cities where the company has offices worldwide.

The material palette is warm and calm, combining greys, beige, ochre, and green tones, complemented by the presence of plant elements throughout the office. Overall, the design conveys a sense of refined and approachable elegance, balancing functionality with a welcoming and serene work environment.
