Moving beyond mere aesthetics, the project prioritizes the fluid integration of interior social areas with outdoor leisure spaces, creating a harmonious sanctuary for family life.

Architectural Identity & Outdoor Integration
The facade is characterized by strong geometric volumes and clean rectilinear framing. A defining feature of the architecture is the dark cantilevered outer frame, lined with seamless embedded linear LED lighting that traces the building’s contours and casts a warm glow over the upper balcony and ground-level lounge. Accentuated by textured grey stone cladding, this bold structure forms a striking backdrop for the outdoor entertainment zone.

Here, a warm wooden deck extends toward a private swimming pool, crafting an intimate leisure haven. Large floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors were strategically placed to blur the boundary between indoors and outdoors, allowing natural light to flood the interiors while encouraging cross-ventilation adapted to Santa Catarina’s coastal climate.
