This house is located in a markedly rural area.

For this reason, the design aims to be respectful of the surrounding aesthetics without renouncing the most up-to-date construction quality and comfort, combining rustic-style materials with modern construction systems and finishes, resulting in spaces in which one can breathe the atmosphere of the place while enjoying an efficient and sustainable house.

The layout is L-shaped around a large courtyard where all the main rooms lead off, while also introducing natural light through an inner courtyard that is part of the garden. The secondary uses overlook the street, which is busier and noisier. A perfect place to disconnect.
