The hotel is located in a nature reserve, just outside the Tilburg city centre. There are 40 hotel rooms intended for foreign lecturers of the Tilburg University. They will be able to stay at the hotel for prolonged periods of time. Hotel guests have a communal living room with a library and an open fireplace. Guests may enjoy the culinary delights of a top-class restaurant next door. Natural materials like copper and wood were chosen for the facades and roofs, enabling the building to blend in easily with its surroundings. In terms of scale and form, the hotel fits in well with the nature reserve.
