Florida Site improvements consist of a linear park along Charlotte Harbor. Included in the design are several grassed and paved parking areas, picnic and pavilion areas, restroom, play ground, boardwalks, sidewalks, shell pathways and interpretive gathering places. Construction plans included these amenities along with installation of water and sewer restoration and storm drainage systems for treatment and attenuation. Additional site permitting for these improvements included USCOE and US Coast Guard – Charlotte County Recreation Parks and Cultural Resources, Charlotte County, Florida. Responsibilities include the design documentation and construction administration for the kiosks, picnic shelters, large covered pavilion, and water pavilion and restroom structure.
