Bershka unveils two new Lisbon stores featuring its “Module-Model” concept

Bershka is opening two new retail spaces at Lisbon’s Vasco da Gama Shopping Center, both conceived under the “Module-Model” concept—an architectural system built around an adaptable display module that enables dynamic, coherent, and easily reconfigurable environments.

The project introduces two complementary stores.
The main 310 m² space brings together the Bershka Woman and Bershka Man collections in an interior that blends warm materials with refined finishes to convey a contemporary, cool, and subtly preppy aesthetic. Opposite it, a second 100 m² store explores a more urban and youthful approach aimed at a teen girl with a street-inspired attitude, featuring a fresher, more experimental atmosphere.

The design is structured around a base display module that is repeated and adapted to shape the different product areas, generating a flexible retail landscape where material and chromatic variations introduce rhythm and character. This system is enriched by bespoke architectural and furniture elements that create visual pauses and reinforce the identity of each space.

In the main store, materials and tones articulate distinct product universes: American walnut and satin-finished steel bring warmth and sophistication to the Woman collection, while neutral hues and industrial accents set the tone for the Man area.
In the more youth-oriented store, color and texture take center stage through an expressive use of lacquers, tiles, and glossy surfaces that emphasize its dynamic, fashion-forward personality.

Lighting has been developed specifically for Lisbon, featuring a custom-designed luminaire that evolves the model created for Bershka Donosti and serves as a signature element across both stores. Modular furniture and styling components complete a versatile system that allows for easy spatial reorganization while maintaining visual and functional coherence.
