Bricks House was meticulously designed to serve as the ideal country retreat for its clients—a tranquil weekend getaway brimming with leisure and relaxation. 

Simple and raw materials were chosen to compose the house, such as wood, metal, exposed brick, and concrete flooring, contributing to a rustic and cozy atmosphere.

This single-story abode boasts two distinct volumes. The first, an 'L'-shaped structure adorned with sleek concrete tiles, embodies the social heart of the home.Here, you'll find a spacious living room, an inviting dining area, a modern kitchen, a cozy guest bedroom, and an elegant communal bathroom.

The second volume takes the form of a sleek 'rectangle,' enveloped by a meticulously waterproofed slab, housing the private haven of the house—a haven comprised of four serene bedrooms and a service area.

The main entrance is accessed through a metal pergola that literally traverses the social part of the house from end to end, passing through the interior of the building. Accompanying this pergola is a flooring design inspired by the modulation of the pergola itself, made of exposed brick and burnt cement, emphasizing the direction to be followed.

The social area of the house features a cozy swimming pool and a wooden deck. The metal and glass doors open up and integrate with the surrounding outdoor environment. 

Due to the remote location of the country estate, exposed brick produced by local craftsmanship was used. The entire house is built with a metal structure, which facilitated the construction process. These two materials greatly contributed to a construction project with minimal waste. All the walls of the house and the cobogós were made using exposed brick. The wooden ceiling was installed following the slope of the roof structure, emphasizing its geometry. The residence's cobogós provide privacy to the spaces and create a beautiful interplay of textures, light, and shadow.
