The intervention in this building, whose interest and enhancement derives mainly from integration that holds a significant value as an urban ensemble, intended to preserve its unique identity, so if we opted to keep their characteristic feature, whenever possible, in which stand out: the sturdy walls and inner

compartmentalization of the flats, modulation and design of fenestration, and the geometry of the rooftop. This option, although somehow conditions the ratio of useful areas and total gross floor are, is the one that considers the authenticity of the building as an inseparable entity of any of its constituent parts.

However, we tried that any of the actions performed on the original building was immediately recognized as such, either by architectural language, either by the construction processes and materials selected for coating, particularly in terms of coverage through small volumes in zinc admittedly of contemporary language.
