The object of this renovation is a terraced house located in the Jesolo Golf Club (VE). The project focuses on the rearrangement of the spaces both indoor and outdoor and on the renewment of its finishes.
Here interior design plays a big role too: infact, the new resin floor creates continuity in the first floor including also the services located near the entrance.
The neutral palette and its nuances continues for the whole living area, where just small details like the green kitchen furniture contrasts with it.
In order to guarantee more privacy to the living room there is a slats’ panel in front of the entrance, which works also as a tv support.
The first floor maintains the original parquet, renewed through sanding and surface painting. On the other hand, wallpapers have been inserted to match the accessories to give more personality to the rooms.
Outside, the project provides the replacement of the floor with new stoneware tiles and the insertion of modern pieces of furniture according to the present ones.
To conclude, the intervention has given new face to the building without modifying its original form. The result is the demonstration of how much small details can qualify an architecture.
