The project is for a young freelance 3D designer who wanted to be able to combine his workplace with his home.

To do this from the beginning it was taken into account that this professional space had to be inspiring, since it was going to spend a good part of the day. It was decided to integrate it with the living area, in order to collect several environments in the same space gaining a lot of amplitude.                                 

One of the most important decisions of the reform was to discover that there was above the false canopy that was in very poor condition. Of premise it was known that the roof was attic but the surprise came when we found some inclined wooden ceilings in very good condition.

This was key to gain height and spaciousness in most rooms, especially in the bedrooms. Another important detail was to try to recover the original structure also made of wood. And all of this was achieved on a rigorous budget.
