VILLA ELVIRIA

Villa Elviria

CMYK Arquitectos as Architects

The project arises as a commission from the owner of the plot for sale. The design of the villa is a sample of the possibilities it has for future buyers. The objective is to adapt to the topography of the land through a phased construction that allows the maximum use of the building surface.

The initial requirements were to be within the range of the construction price of 1,000 - 1,200 €/m2 to be able to carry out a luxury project with a budget below the market value. The investment in the design and construction of the villa versus future profitability in this area of Marbella make this plot a unique opportunity.

The staggered distribution of uses filters out the degrees of exposure within the house. On the entrance level along with the parking spaces you can access some terraces from which the entire plot and surroundings are dominated. As you lower levels, the degrees of privacy increase. This reduces the degree of exposure to possible interactions from the outside considerably.

The programmed stays belong to a type of luxury villa with all kinds of facilities typical of its range: large glazed windows that provide incredible natural lighting, projection room, swimming pool, several terraces, laundry and a Mediterranean natural vegetation environment with the possibility of access to the beach in a few minutes by vehicle.
