The apartment, measuring approximately 150 square meters, originally appeared cramped, dark, and poorly laid out despite its generous size. It has now been completely redesigned.
The goal of the renovation was to recover and enhance the apartment’s key strengths: space, natural light, and the panoramic view.
Just beyond the entrance, one steps into the core of the home—the spacious living area—where airiness and brightness take center stage. At the far end, the open-plan kitchen is discreetly framed by a large sliding glass wall that can close off the space as needed, without interrupting the aesthetic continuity. Every furnishing has been carefully custom-made to perfectly fit the apartment: soft colors, mirrored surfaces, and clean, linear geometries give the space an elegant, serene atmosphere.
Everything is harmoniously arranged atop an elm wood parquet floor, whose warm, rose-toned grain becomes the apartment’s undisputed protagonist.
The minimalist interior design allows the spectacular views to take the spotlight, framed like living paintings by the large panoramic windows. One standout feature is a horizontally pivoting window that serves as a dramatic backdrop to the study nook, cleverly carved into the main living area.
A sliding door separates the living area from the private quarters: the sleeping zone, which includes four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a laundry room.
Delicate touches of color and light are thoughtfully integrated into the bedroom and bathroom designs. Mirrored surfaces and iridescent materials create unexpected plays of light, producing color shifts that vary with the viewer’s angle—subtle details that bring vibrancy and depth to the space.
