Original Chinatown Loft project was expanded to create a 1,500sf three bedroom loft space for a gallerist and an architect. The expansion provided a 40’ long living space with open kitchen Two exterior walls are kept as white washed brick walls while the other two walls are clad with plywood panels to conceal storage space, HVAC and structure. The kitchen is a stainless steel cut out on south east corner and the library and hallway to the two new bedrooms are a lime green cut out on the north west side of the space. Buro designed a custom sofa and dining table for the living space.
