Coll Blanc restaurant is situated in a unique location with a panoramic 360º view over a snowy valley. The aim of the project was to provide visitors with warmth and colour against the tremendously cold weather, yet emphasize the beauty of the location. To do this, all of the elements were selected with prismatic shapes to reiterate the forms of the rocks in the valley. Fabrics and colours like ochre and deep greys were used to invoke a sense of warm.
RD2SQ is a subtle change in shape – from a square at the base to a circle at the top – combine with a molded diffuser to complete a simple but distinctive design.
