Construction of a university residence designed to house 165 students, a university restaurant and various facilities (sports hall, coworking space, etc.) by 2026.
Located at the heart of the Carmes-Madeleine mixed development zone, the project will be a major landmark in the new district, while also creating a successful transition between the future university centre, the historic buildings and the housing blocks.
