The two housing units of the residence, comprising 95 dwellings and shared premises, are roughly equivalent in height at R+6, designed in a coherent manner. They have continuous facades around their entire perimeter, creating a rotational movement and a complementary relationship between the two units in all directions.

Their common architectural vocabulary is characterised by rigour and elegance. The interplay of horizontals, solids and loggias, and the feeling of being anchored to the ground underlined by the slightly sloping topography of the site, define a simple, sober and clear play of volumes, leading to variations and architectural effects that give the project a strong identity.

Stained concrete walls, metal cladding forming shutters for the windows, and the interiors of the loggias add a sober touch to the perception of the building. Metal sheet screens create visual filters to protect the privacy of occupants.
