We are proud to present our latest architectural project, a thoughtfully designed residential complex located in the Malinova Dolina village zone. This project features four row houses, each harmoniously integrated into the surrounding natural landscape. A key aspect of our design philosophy was to honor and preserve the existing environment, particularly a remarkable group of century-old swamp cypress trees. These protected species, with their invaluable root systems, contribute significantly to the land's natural drainage and are the inspiration behind the complex's name.
These row houses are anything but ordinary. The design employs a rectangular plan, ingeniously divided into four equal segments. This approach ensures that each unit maintains a sense of autonomy and individuality, providing a unique living experience for the residents.
Prioritizing comfort and quality of life, we have incorporated ceiling heights of 3.20 meters on the ground floor and 2.80 meters on the upper floors. Large, expansive windows further enhance the living spaces, offering unobstructed views of the meticulously landscaped gardens.
