This is an architecture and interior design project located in one of the most exclusive areas west of Mexico City, Bosques de Santa Fe.

Materiality is applied to finishes and furnishings with neutral and natural colors, using dark walnut wood for the wainscoting and fixtures, white walls and ceiling, and hardwood and marble floors, creating an achronic space.

The project is based on a central wooden structure that functions as a lobby and distribution center. This lobby is designed as a box lined with oak planks, concealing access to the elevator, bedrooms, and restrooms, also serving as a threshold or filter between the public and private spaces.

This timelessness and interpretation of the spaces through materials strongly establishes the aesthetic foundation of the apartment, ensuring that, regardless of the furniture changes, the space is always distinguished by the same aesthetic and vision of the office for the client.
