The detached house is located on the southwest slope in the residential district with a main view towards the approach runway of the nearby airport. The angled building allows maximum use for the family of 5, despite the legally required single-storey construction. The access path encloses the southwest facing concrete of the garage and leads to the main entrance to the rear. The light and eye qualities characterize the spatial sequences with individual moods. As if cut out of the rock, the exposed concrete staircase connects all three residential floors. In the basement is the retired parent area with the side rooms, the family life takes place on the ground floor. Above the entrance, the airspace of the gallery opens to the upper floor with adjoining children's rooms. Each floor received a wet cell.
