The design of the house B refers strongly to the given situation in the school street. The relatively scarce land should be fully exploited at the request of the builder. From this situation, the building was designed according to the plot form. As a result, the expressive form crystallized bit by bit.

Towards school street, the self-confident exposed concrete construction presents itself with a typical two-storey gabled façade. Towards the railway tracks, the asymetric saddle roof laps to a high floor. By this measure the building carries the internal function to the outside.

Material Used :

The inner walls of the exposed concrete house were conventionally bricked. The ceiling was designed as exposed concrete ceiling. The exposed concrete façade and the concrete roof were statically activated to ensure seismic safety. Concrete is also continued inside in combination with oak.
