On a long and narrow site within an industrial area, we were commissioned to oversee the planning and design of a new office building.

At a later stage, the idea was raised to repurpose the existing structure of an old house on the site, transforming it into a modern, functional, and contemporary office facility.

first, the entire exterior envelope and interior partitions were demolished, retaining only the primary structural framework.

A steel-and-glass extension was introduced, anchored to a new exposed concrete wall that spans the full height of the building, together with upgraded infrastructure.

The result is a minimalist, modern building that faces a central road within the industrial zone and the main street of the city of Taybeh.

The project accommodates two distinct offices for different companies and incorporates a shared floor designed for hosting and events.
