The programme for SOZAWE consists of about 3.000 m2 of public space, including the market, 8.000 m2 office space with services and about 215 public parking places. The starting point was to design an open, inviting and sustainable building, in which citizins would feel welcome and which offers the employees a pleasant and inspiring working environment.
