The building is located on Avenida Dom João II, in Vila Nova de Gaia, in the heart of the most recent new centrality of the city. This is a residential block consisting on 39 apartments (from 2 bedroom to 4+1 bedroom apartment) and 4 offices. The essence of this project was to develop grandiose and quality spaces inside, giving users greater comfort.

The biggest challenge was to get around the large square footprint of the building in order to meet the proposed requirements.

The building's facade was developed with the aim of transposing the idea of ​​grandiosity, with the use of large ceramic pieces on both the walls and ceilings, carefully arranged in harmony with the glazed openings.

This residential complex was connected with the surrounding green spaces proposed for this new centrality of the city, with its outdoor spaces being developed in harmony with a pre-existing water line on the site.
