Next stage

This single-storey house is located in the Kyiv region on a 25x40 meter plot of land.
The total building footprint is 365 square meters. The layout is organized in such a way that all living spaces are designed around a central recreational area with a swimming pool and barbecue zone, positioned away from the road. This ensures a peaceful and comfortable environment for family leisure, away from street noise.

The house is designed for a family of 4–5 people, providing each resident with a fully functional private living area. The single-level structure offers several advantages, including ease of movement throughout the house, simplified cleaning, and cost savings by eliminating the need for staircase construction and finishing.

Despite the absence of a second floor, the layout remains compact: circulation paths are logically arranged around a central core that includes the bathroom and laundry room. From the outside, the house appears as two distinct volumes, clad with wood and facade panels, which visually lightens the architectural composition. Pergola-style coverings at the entrance and over the terrace enhance the overall concept and offer additional protection from adverse weather conditions.

Full-height glazing strengthens the sense of connection between the interior and the surrounding natural environment.
Overall, the project is designed to achieve maximum visual and functional impact while maintaining a minimalist and cost-effective construction approach.
