The house consists in two blocks. The front block is divided in two pavements. The ground floor is composed by 2 suites, a private living room (home theater and games), a movie theater, a restroom and one big hall to enter the house for distribution of the spaces, in a minimalist and objective way. Also in this pavement are two symmetrical garages, one on each side attached to the block, adding up 8 car spaces. On the top floor are 7 suites with a shared eating area. All the suites on the top floor open on to a large wooden deck with a garden, fireplace and a panoramic view for the lake at the back of the lot. The vertical circulation works with the aid of an elevator and a marble-lined staircase above an interior garden and next to a double standing glass window.
Connected by a catwalk that crosses a central patio, is the other block, single storey, so as not to block the view. The second block is the social one, more receptive for invited and fully opened, totally integrated with the external environment thanks the main facades that are entirely made of sliding glass doors. All the spaces are dedicated to leisure: an all-embracing salon of 30m of extension with a monumental fireplace in the middle, two bars (one at each end), a card table, multiples living places and a dining room.
The internal space of the lounge extends outwards making it a large covered porch that gives access to the infinity pool facing the lake, an outdoor bar, a barbecue and a third attached volume that houses a spa (with showers, massage rooms and whirlpool) and a gourmet area (with kitchen, dining table and toilet). At last, not far from the house, there is a separate building for employees, warehouses and engine houses.
