The F|L gourmet area is a modern and inviting space, carefully designed to welcome friends and family, while maintaining a clear distinction between the private space of the house. This annex was designed to provide comfort and entertainment for visitors, so we designed an elegant gourmet space, fully integrated with living rooms, a luxurious cinema room and a well-equipped gym. All of this, nestled next to the main residence, adds a touch of sophistication and practicality to the experience.
The real challenge was to harmonize the new area with the existing structure. The solution conceived was an L-shaped construction that, when joined to the current building, created an elegant and functional U-shape. This clever design allowed the creation of a charming internal courtyard between the two structures, providing a fluid and natural communication between them.
In the gourmet annex, we have the main entrance that opens onto a large living and dining room, integrated into the gourmet kitchen block. In one corner of the room, we have a closed cinema room, and just above it, a gym. Cleverly, the gym connects to the upper floor of the main residence, where the bedrooms are located, allowing residents to start the day with an invigorating workout without having to walk through the entire house. In addition, a door leads directly to the internal patio and the pool, creating a perfect flow between the interior and exterior spaces, where socializing and relaxation intertwine.
The highlight of this space is undoubtedly the exuberant cinema room, designed to provide an immersive and comfortable viewing experience. With its layout on different levels, each seat offers a privileged view of the screen, while carefully adjusted ambient lighting creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. The star of the show is the Natuzzi electric sofa, which stands out and invites visitors to completely surrender to the magic of cinema.
The choice of materials - from the wood to the wallpaper and vinyl flooring - not only adds a touch of elegance to the space, but also contributes to superior acoustic absorption. Transforming each session into an immersive and memorable journey, even within the comfort of one's home.
Guided by the timeless beauty of natural elements, the project reveals itself as an authentic expression of contemporaneity, without succumbing to passing trends. The approach values timelessness, incorporating coverings that evoke the serenity and sophistication of nature. Thus, wood, marble and natural stones become the protagonists, lending a sense of warmth and elegance to each space.
The choice of materials was guided by the search for an excellent cost-benefit that would make it possible to sell the house in the medium term. The exposed brick on the facade and the brushed São Gabriel granite countertop (a beautiful and resistant natural stone), for example, are among the solutions we implemented to achieve a super contemporary, timeless and sophisticated look while preserving the budget.
The interior courtyard features lush landscaping, bringing the essence of nature into the home. In harmony with the natural materials that adorn the entire space, the concept of biophilia comes to life, adding a unique charm and even more comfort to a project designed to welcome, connect and relax.
