The social area features an integrated kitchen, where we maximized storage space. A highlight is the shallow cabinet along the wall—only 15cm deep—that serves different purposes: in the kitchen area, it works as a pantry and a place to store brooms and mops, while in the living area, it hides the TV behind mirrored doors and includes several shelving niches.

The washing machine was placed in the kitchen to make use of the existing water and sewage infrastructure, but we also added a secondary sink on the balcony to serve both as a utility sink and as support for weekend barbecues.

The kitchen includes a slightly taller island counter that houses daily-use appliances on one side. It also serves as a space for quick meals, entertaining, and additional cooking support. Its metal structure keeps it visually light, while the travertine marble top creates a striking contrast with the nanoglass used on the other counters.

The dining table, also topped with travertine, has chairs on one side and a built-in upholstered bench on the other, allowing us to incorporate deep drawers underneath. Its more organic shape makes it possible to seat additional guests when hosting in the apartment.

In the bedroom, we proposed a layout that ensures both comfort and circulation around the bed, while using the longest wall for a custom-designed wardrobe. This piece is carefully divided for the couple’s use and includes not only storage but also a workspace and vanity. Even though the home office is within the bedroom, it was designed with a neutral background for video calls, keeping the bed out of sight.

The bathroom was completely renovated to provide a larger countertop, lighter finishes, and two showers.
