An interplay between vertical retaining walls and horizontal wall panels made of exposed concrete and vertical, rough wooden surfaces made of chestnut forms the motif of the architectural design. The rooms for wine bottle storage and tasting are sunk into the cool slope so that they do not appear too dominant. The entrance façade on the valley side remains above ground and opens up to the opposite side of the Isarco Valley with the Dolomites in the background.

The furnishings of the tasting room and cellar for the wines are dominated by chestnut wood. Only a few materials associated with wine production are used: Wood, stone, metal, earth, glass. The central room is reminiscent of the "Labe", which forms both the center and the entrance to the traditional farmhouse. The focal point is formed by three tables reminiscent of traditional farmhouse furniture. Filtered daylight falls deep into the room via the slatted façade and a light funnel clad in black sheet metal. From the tasting room, the view is directed through a window to the vintage wine cellar. In the middle of the room is a massive table for the presentation of individual bottles.
