The Geistlich area in Schlieren with the adjacent former industrial area is one of the largest development areas in the region. Former industrial areas have been converted into residential and commercial areas. For the development of such areas, the question arose not only of what exactly should become of the location, but also which qualities of the industrial heritage should be linked to.

On the last construction site (B4) of the area, a residential building with a compact volume has been built, which opens in a U-shape to the future park. At Geistlichplatz, a slightly set back entrance resulted in a clear and natural address structure.
