To minimize direct sunlight exposure, especially from the west, the building features vertical brise-soleils, generous balconies, and shading elements that enhance thermal comfort for residents.
“Our goal is to create a building that not only offers comfort and sophistication but also engages with its surroundings and fosters a more harmonious relationship between architecture and nature,” says Fabio Queiroz, founding architect of the firm.
With a strong connection to landscape design, Green Residence incorporates greenery not only in its outdoor spaces but also in balconies and terraces, creating a more welcoming atmosphere and bringing residents closer to nature. The gardens, beyond their aesthetic appeal, help maintain air humidity and contribute to the environmental quality of the surroundings.
The selection of materials and construction solutions also reflects the project’s commitment to sustainability and thermal performance. The use of high thermal efficiency concrete, combined with natural finishes and vertical brise-soleils, reduces heat absorption and improves indoor comfort.
