This house from 1935 is located on the edge of the hillside of the city. Four rooms with a total area of ​​37 m2, surmounted the ancie ngarage where the soil was clay. The house proved too small and did not show the expected comfort. The project was built by carving subspaces at different heights in the existing volume by offering a true spacial continuity . The client was convinced by discovering the project with a model . The new living space is 80 m2. The project is direct relationship four levels by organizing a volume set double height nested in each other. The workshop, location meditation and utility room have been built in the former garage, while a bedroom and bathroom were installed created on a floor afi n investment volume peak. Furniture in oak railings, steel and opalescent glazing, custom designed, surrounds the vacuum the mezzanine, and accompanies the steps cantilever leading to the garden.
