The house with a total area of 239 m2 is built in a spacious plot surrounded by forest. Main rooms overlook the courtyard and beautiful forest landscapes. The compact architectural volume includes all rooms and functional areas necessary for a comfortable life.
The main idea of the project is that the house works as a barrier from the street, orienting the main spaces towards the forest. On the ground floor there is a single space of the kitchen-dining room and living room with access to the terrace. You can get into the garage and the block of technical rooms both directly from the site and from the hallway. On the second floor there are three bedrooms, a bathroom and a dressing room.
The facades are combined with ceramic tiles and HPL (high pressure laminate) panels, which look harmoniously next to the panoramic glazing.
The interior of the house is in harmony with the Architecture of the facades and the surrounding landscape. Modern interior combines strict geometry of shapes and lines with a calm palette of natural shades and textures. Rough stone in the decoration of the fireplace, flooring from parquet boards, glass and metal create a comfortable environment that reveals the benefits of living in the lap of nature.
