Reconstructed windows - Janisol Arte 2.0
The building features a variety of window formats, including large sectioned windows that extend across the entire height of the hall.
Glaskunst Buhlig produced a total of 65 windows as side-hung and/or bottom-hung windows in all possible formats, partly as arched segment windows, partly (the side-hung windows) motorised as SHEV openings.
The huge windows in the domed hall presented a particular challenge. With the 1.50 metre wide and 3.80-metre-high constructions, the narrow profile has to bear a particularly heavy glass load.
