The word “Handicap” comes from the noble world of horse racing: to make a steeple race more difficult the jockey was asked to hold his cap in one hand.
Thence from this: “To hand the cap”. The glance with which we look at, the intention with which we name reality - make reality real. Knowledge, without a doubt, makes reality more beautiful.
CAP originates from an intuition in design with a desire to see the world for what it could be. CAP is a series of foldaway aids in coated aluminium that, if not in use, disappear from view. It is this “disappearance” that reveals their true meaning. Here design is genuinely for everyone, because the overall interior design is not underpinned by a specific user profile, but solely by the free movement of men.

Material: Extruded and die-cast aluminium
Finish: Powder paint, highly resistant to chemical attacks and highly stable against ultraviolet rays.
Stool and handle are fold-away and concealed in stowed position, clutch movement systems, adjustable and spring counter balanced.
Can be applied to any kind of wall.
Standard colours: white and slate gray, special RAL colours upon request.
