In the center of Albacete lies La Vidriera, a large, early 20th century house with a special peculiarity; namely, the new design had to meet the accessibility requirements in all of its rooms.

The purpose of Z3 Arquitectura Interior was to create a completely accessible home that would distinguish itself by its daring, sophisticated design while keeping its charm intact.

This rectangular-shaped house, boasting a light patio, a central terrace, and a balcony in the back, is divided into three areas. The first one is thought for daily and social use, where one may meet, chat, and enjoy a good glass of wine with friends and family. The second area (having direct access to the terrace) was converted into the most distinguished and private space, perfect for disconnecting from the daily hustle and bustle. Finally, the third area, located at the back of the house, was designed with the purpose of providing joy and strength to this sunny corner by supplying it with all possible comforts.

Comfortable spaces for passage and transitions, such as turns and large entrances, were created in each room. The bathrooms and kitchen stand out thanks to their large, top-brand coverings and handmade designer furniture. The finishes combine pleasantly with the reutilization of the house's original hydraulic floors, which create carpet-like floors in the hall, terrace, and balcony. All this is complemented by a carefully studied lighting; brand-new, sustainable installations, and top-of-the-line finishes.
