This project was shaped around the client's desire to express the four classical elements, Earth, Water, Fire, and Air throughout her home, with each space capturing a distinct emotional and sensory world. The architectural shell was already complete when we were invited in, so our focus was to bring intimacy, warmth, and personal narrative to the interiors.

The living room, representing Earth, was grounded in natural tones and tactile finishes, creating a sense of stability and calm. The pool house, aligned with Water, introduced layered blues and deep navy hues to evoke serenity and flow. In the spa, inspired by Fire, we worked with warm palettes and dark burnt terracotta leather to create an enveloping and soulful retreat. Meanwhile, the sky lounge embodied Air through transparency and lightness, using glass and crisp tones to invite a breezy, elevated atmosphere. We collaborated closely with Natuzzi to curate furniture that harmonized with each element, customizing built-in millwork to integrate and support the pieces seamlessly.

The process became deeply personal as we also found ways to showcase cherished objects the client had collected during her travels, allowing the home to reflect her stories and spirit. Designed through the unique challenges of the 2020–2021 pandemic, this project remains a meaningful journey, one enriched by trust, dialogue, and shared creativity.

How it suits the middle eastern home in the sense of scale and proportion. As well as
being able to configure according to our floor plan.
