Our Lisson Grove Residence is a reinterpretation of how a family lives in a 140-year-old period home. The design acknowledges the details and craft smanship that attracts people to these older buildings - without being limited to replication of the building’s original details. The new two storey addition, while contrasting with its period counterpart, intellectually links to the original through the same attention to the materials used, exuding both a sense of time, and being something that was discovered, rather than made.
