The elegant simplicity of forms, blending fundamental classics with elements of constructivism, defines the restrained and laconic appearance of LUCE. Particular attention is given to preserving the architectural style of the adjacent house, constructed in 1927 in the constructivist style.
The landscaping solutions were thought out in such a way that every resident could find a place suited to their liking and mood. A children's playground with age-appropriate zones and secluded lounge spaces for outdoor recreation— all of this was taken into account in the design.
