Manta is a leading American software company in the field of data lineage and visualisation. As they were expanding their business globally and grew their Lisbon team, they approached SpaceWorks with the brief and commission to create a modern, flexible and functional workspace while also reflecting the company's brand identity inside the new Exeo development in the Expo area of Lisbon.
SpaceWorks was entrusted with the task of crafting a cutting-edge office space that aligns with the software company's vision and values. In response to this challenge, the design team developed a layout that maximized the available space while maintaining an open and airy atmosphere. Special attention was given to incorporating natural light sources and innovative ergonomic principles throughout the office.
To provide a distinctive touch and enhance employee comfort, SpaceWorks introduced a number of specialist custom joinery seating elements into the office fitout. These bespoke seating arrangements are strategically placed in key areas of the space, offering employees comfortable and flexible seating options for work, collaboration, or relaxation. Recognizing the importance of communal spaces for fostering employee interaction and well-being, two comfortable and well-equipped coffee corners serve as gathering points for employees to socialize, rejuvenate, and enjoy meals together. The design of the kitchen areas promotes a sense of community and encourages a healthy work-life balance.
Given the company's emphasis on collaboration and client engagement, the fitout project includes several meeting and conference rooms. These rooms were designed to accommodate various group sizes, ensuring that employees have dedicated spaces for brainstorming, presenting, and conducting meetings with clients or team members. State-of-the-art audiovisual equipment and comfortable seating arrangements were incorporated to facilitate seamless communication and productivity.
The resulting project delivers a contemporary workspace that fosters productivity, collaboration, and innovation inside one of Lisbon’s largest and most prominent landmark office developments.
