However it was taken on lease by The Sheraton Group as their Corporate Office from 1998-2000. Built Area - Phase 1 - 14,500 Sqft. Phase 2 - 15,500 Sqft.

The orientation of the plot dictated the planning and treatment of the building.

The Southern and Western faces, subjected to the severe Delhi climate, were provided with deep louvers and subsequent floor recessions/ cantilevers.

The South face was essentially devoid of any openings except 2 requisite and asymmetrically placed punctures.
