The client approached the studio with a request to design an apartment for a young couple, ensuring a comfortable environment for both daily living and working from home.  Key requirements included a dedicated home office and a private bedroom suite, complete with a walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom. Special attention was to be given to lighting, ergonomics, and the integration of smart technology.

 The layout was shaped by the apartment’s total area, as well as the existing structural beams and load-bearing walls. The primary design decision was to combine the kitchen and living room; this open-plan communal space creates a sense of greater spaciousness the moment one enters the apartment.
