Nef 04 Apartments project is in Kemerburgaz which is one of the most developing counties in İstanbul. When we were designing this project, we wanted to make maximum structuring in modern way. Three cored structure has been build on a rectangular area and placed in a way that blocks are not parallel to the street to have maximum amount of light and to increase facade. That provides deep and long street perspectives. In order to have a warm facade, colored wooden modules have been used. For the purpose of supporting the foldhome system, pool, roof gardens, barbeque area, playgrounds and hobby areas are placed on the roof and basement floors. These modernist architectural solutions provides all aspects of comfort and ease to the users.
