It incorporates a well-organized service grid and prioritizes open planning and flexible building massing. Natural lighting and optimal cross ventilation are key, with utility areas oriented towards the southern and western facades, while primary spaces take advantage of northern exposure. The elevation features natural and earthen materials, blending seamlessly with the surrounding environment. Green-scapes were thoughtfully integrated from the start, ensuring a cohesive connection between the built structure and nature.
Located in the heart of Bardoli, the residence epitomizes refined design and luxurious living. The home combines cream, rust orange, and grey tones with lush green surroundings and ample parking, creating a rare blend of comfort and elegance. Upon entering, art sculptures and hill-patterned walls frame the entry passage, leading to a warm and inviting interior. The space is defined by lush modular furniture and ambient lighting that highlight lavish living areas. Vibrant green walls and earthy accents create a calming and inspiring environment. The staircase, a focal point of artistic design, features captivating patterns and colourful wall paintings that lead to meticulously designed spaces.
The kitchen, combining marble and wood elements, includes a regal mandir, adding a spiritual touch. Adjacent to the kitchen, the living room features patterned walls and a decent dining area with distinctive lighting, perfect for intimate gatherings or large celebrations. The kitchen, equipped with state-of-the-art amenities, transforms cooking into an art form, making every meal a pleasure. Each room tells a distinct story: the son's bedroom offers calming tones; the daughter's room is a princess's domain with soft pink hues and regal touches.
