Housing design and renovation project in the historic center of Albacete. In this house, built at the beginning of the 20th century, a renovation was carried out to create new spaces and rehabilitate several damaged elements.

We created a new office environment with views of some of the most beautiful streets in Europe. The master bedroom was reorganized to achieve a transition as a large dressing room, and the master bathroom was completely redesigned, giving it the magnitude that it should never have lost, amplifying the space with large format ceramics from @Porcelanosa with continuous grain along with furniture and taps of the highest quality that restore splendor to a unique and renovated space.

A new multifunctional room dedicated to sports and storage is generated. We distribute a previously narrow and dark space, turning it into a modern, ergonomic and practical kitchen, making the most of the party lines that allow us to obtain a new dining corner and a tidy and clean laundry room.

Likewise, careful and complete rehabilitation and painting work is carried out, beautifying and restoring the original moldings from the beginning of the 20th century and highlighting unique construction elements that add character and show us the deepest essence of such a special building.
