The concept of comfort and convenience for living and working takes on a new meaning in downtown São Paulo. The architectural firm aflalo/gasperini architects signs the architectural project of Passeio Paulista, a mixed-use building by Fibra Experts, located on Consolação Street, an important axis connecting the central region of the capital to Avenida Paulista. The architectural project focuses on Triple A guidelines that promote quality of life, sustainability, and well-being.

As a mixed-use development, Passeio Paulista brings together corporate floors, residential lofts, and a commercial area within the same complex. The corporate program is distributed in a tower with 21 floors, featuring floors of approximately 1,800 m² each and a base of 3 floors, each with about 3,700 m². The predominant materials in the construction are high-performance glass, pergolas, and metal frames, which together mark the identity of the project.

Upon entering Passeio Paulista, visitors will be immediately impacted by the central atrium, which has enabled the creation of a tree-lined square on the ground floor, allowing natural light to filter through. Surrounding this square and along the entire boulevard that connects Consolação Street to Bela Cintra Street, shaded areas under trees complement the experience of having an open-air, democratic, and innovative environment for socializing and diversity, where residents and users of local commerce will circulate. Pedestrians appropriate this connectivity between the streets through the middle of the block, a measure that fosters urban vitality.

Sustainability is also a hallmark of Passeio Paulista, which has received LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Gold certification from the US Green Building Council. To achieve this, measures have been adopted to reduce environmental impacts on the site, rationalize water consumption, promote energy efficiency in the building by reducing energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions.
