Visualization by 100CGI Studio for an interior design firm: Veridian Capital Partners, a 1,000 sq m private-wealth headquarters in Riyadh's King Abdullah Financial District. Eight stills were delivered in 22 days, and the set replaced a physical mock-up room.
Premium materials do not tell the truth flat. Figured marble, brushed bronze and textured acoustic fabric say nothing useful on a sample card. The board had to see how they sit together, how a double-height volume flows, and how Riyadh daylight lands against warm interior light. A mock-up answers that slowly and expensively; renders answered it in weeks.
The hardest surface was the signature marble, a Calacatta Viola with dramatic purple-grey veining. Render it carelessly and it fails in one of two directions, blurring into a pale wash or turning garish. Every material was calibrated to its real specification, the veining of the stone and the matte grain of the walnut, before any light went in.
The lighting was then set as two zones: sun through the glass facade, and warm internal LEDs. What the board bought with these images was the confidence to order imported stone without building a sample first.
Rendered in 3ds Max and Corona. More projects from the city: workplace visualization in Riyadh. Full case study: Veridian Capital Partners.
