The development area is located on the picturesque shore of the pond in the village of Mlyniv.  The house occupies 0,40-hectare parce. The structure of the house is oriented parallel to the pond. The total area of the house is 1800 m2.
The southern facade has a large area of glazing, which fills the interior with sunlight and opens up wonderful views. When arranging the volumes, constructive solutions were used that gave the building lightness.

Constructive solutions of the object are a monolithic frame structure, filled with M120 brick, ventilated facade technology is used. Ceramic tiles from a Ukrainian manufacturer were used in the decoration. The wall thickness is 680 mm, thanks to this, the house has a high energy efficiency index.

The architecture of the interior space is based on a restrained interior design. The decoration is dominated by veneered wood panels and concrete texture. It’s also creating the perfect space quality and great atmosphere.

The internal volume combines two parts - residential and Wellness & Spa area.  The residential consists of bedrooms with private bathrooms and dressing rooms, living room, kitchen-dining room, hall, library, guest bedrooms.  Recreational area - the total area of ​​which is 296.22 m2. Includes the following rooms – swimming pool, kitchen-dining room, barbecue, guest bedroom, bathroom, hammam, sauna and hot tub. The house also has a basement level.
