This residential apartment building in Dhaka was designed by Studio Archifiction, an architect-led architecture and interior design studio based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The facade integrates landscaped balconies and greenery, softening the building's street presence while giving each unit private outdoor space in a dense urban context.

Studio Archifiction's design approach centers on practical space planning, circulation, daylight, ventilation, storage, material quality, and execution detail rather than surface-level styling. The studio works across corporate office interiors, residential and duplex apartments, restaurants, and commercial interiors in Dhaka, handling design, working drawings, BOQ preparation, and site supervision through to completion.
