It is the building that mostly maintains the connection between the present and the past. In such a very district, in the center of Tbilisi, on the slope of the hill Mtatsminda, is located one of our new projects. Against the background of the existing large-scale, chaotically, and heterogeneously developed environment, our goal was to minimize interference in the historical area and try to create an object that would be characterized as particularly simple and peaceful. – the building with its existence bonds the street together in unity, bringing order in the neighborhood The exterior of the four-story building, the color scheme of materials, is designed as a modern architectural structure and fully corresponds to the tone of the historical area and landscape.
