Nuvo's architecture wants to pamper the five senses, allowing us to experience different sensations.
View. Walls and ceiling design tries to impact the customer when he enters the restaurant by receiving him quickly and making him feel in the right place, that's why neutral colors predominate over white color which stresses color details on ceiling as well as in the wine bar; it also emphasizes food presentation and what is more important, it highlights people and natural light details going though walls. The view of the surrounding houses and gardens keeps this adjustment with the environment allowing the place to develop as the day goes on, enjoying a nice breakfast or a dinner in a challenging and cosmopolitan place. The kitchen’s view (physically and visually incorporated to the restaurant) lets customers be introduced to meals preparation, presentation as well as cleaning, all of that leads us to the following senses.
Smell. Incorporating the kitchen to the dining room make smells of bread, spices, and food preparation an inspiration to the customer and, of course, his stomach.
Sense of touch. Walls, ceilings, furniture, food’s textures as well as the place, food or beverage’s temperature, variations in the atmosphere and the wine bar in a different level, every thing mixes together to increase our experience.
Hearing. Music according to the occasion and day time, the sound of people conversation as well as of food preparation comes together in a unique environment.
Taste. At last, after becoming acquainted with all other senses, we are ready to taste food, the diversity of meals and flavors which will delight us, satisfy us and help us enjoy the experience.
